What is demand-based pricing for greens fees?
Airlines, hotels, and even your favorite sports team have been utilizing demand-based pricing for years. This pricing strategy is becoming more common in the golf arena. Greens fee rates will be adjusted – both higher and lower – in real-time, based on demand, availability, and other changing factors. With rates changing in real-time, demand-based pricing puts you in the driver’s seat—giving you the chance to find the best rate, time and day that works for you. To avoid cancellation fees, we request 24 hours notification to cancel a reservation. No fees will be charged for tee time cancellations in advance of 24 hours. Prepaid tee times need to be cancelled via the mobile app or website.
A no-show fee will be charged for each player in a group on the day of play for players that are not present at their scheduled tee time. The customer that booked the tee time and has the reservation held with their credit card will be responsible for this fee.
